Redimo Financial Management System 

Redimo is an electronic information management system designed to manage the purchasing process by several laws and regulations, including the Public Procurement Law No. 4734, the Public Procurement Contracts Law No. 4735, the Public Financial Management and Control Law No. 5018, and the Central Government Expenditure Documents Regulation.

This system enables healthcare facilities to request products or services electronically and get necessary approvals before purchasing. It also handles product transfer between healthcare facilities within the same provincial health directorate (previously known as the Public Hospitals Association), contract management, order and delivery management, budget, and accounting management.

Redimo integrates with various systems, including the Hospital Information Management System (HIMS), Ministry of Health Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Electronic Public Procurement Platform, Turkish Identity Information Sharing System (KPS), and Electronic Document Management System (EBYS) to ensure seamless management of all these processes.

  • Ability to monitor the return of Final Guarantees and SSI correspondence
  • The ability to effectively handle objection and complaint processes is crucial for the continuity of contracts.
